There's a brief pause on the line before Jack speaks. "Eliot- You know...I'm having trouble saying it out loud because it's going to sound entirely ridiculous. However." He takes a deep breath and lets it out as an exasperated sigh. "I don't mean to intrude on your day, but I believe that your magical crow servant has stolen my necklace. and I would like it back. So if you could direct it or...arrange for that I would be very grateful."
Oh absolutely, im going to be up for a while so stay as long as you like! I hope you don’t mind if I eat though, I’m fucking starving. I think I’ve only had stolen french fries today?? Gonna scrounge something up but I assume you’ve already had dinner?
Anyway give me about 20 minutes and I’ll be presentable -E
